Services

We will provide a high quality maintenance program with site visit accountability. We will visit your job site and perform maintenance required to keep your equipment running safe and dependable as stated in our service contract. We do not use vague terminology such as timely service visits in our contracts. We state how many visits per year we will visit the job site.

We own the diagnostic equipment needed to work on equipment developed by other elevator companies and have the supply sources to provide replacement parts as needed.

We will work with you to supply a service contract that will protect you and stay will within your budget.  We also work closely with a QEI Inspection Company that would incorporated their charges along with ours, so you are not hit twice a year with another bill for a 3rd party inspection required by the State.

We will provide to you a written proposal for any repair needed to your equipment that is not covered under the service agreement you chose. All labor and material used will be of the highest quality. All work that is performed will be described in the proposal we provide to you.

We will make recommendations to keep your equipment up to date and code compliant. We will provide to any third party inspection company any reports and testing required by code.
